Insurance

Coverage for services may vary depending on your health insurance provider or employee benefit plan. After scheduling your first appointment, please email a copy of your insurance card to receptionist@insightvi.com. Our team will verify your benefits and eligibility prior to your initial visit.

We accept most insurance plans, pending confirmation of coverage. Please note that while we do accept Medicare, we do not accept Medicaid at this time.

Self Pay Rate

If you do not have insurance or your insurance is not accepted by our office, we offer a self-pay option. Rates vary based on the type of service provided.

Payment

We accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a late cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show fee.
